At Otaku Bestie, all apparel and merchandise are made‑to‑order through professional print and fulfillment partners. This helps us keep quality consistent, reduce overproduction, and offer more designs without holding massive inventory. Because of this, your order will take a bit longer than fast‑shipping marketplaces, but you’re getting a freshly made piece created just for you.
Production Time (Made‑to‑Order)

Most items take 2–7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.

Production times may be longer during peak holiday periods or major sales.

Across recent orders, most customers receive their packages within about 7–11 business days from the date of purchase, combining production and shipping. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, but it’s a helpful expectation.

Split Shipments

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link or tracking number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
